Today I was chatting with some ladies that are friends of mine, we were discussing childhoods..

I love when people have happy childhoods. That leads to a solid foundation and helps them grow up to be a happy individual. That contributes much to society, such as their family friends and their community

However, I did not have a happy childhood before you feel sorry for me. Don't. I don't like anyone feeling sorry for me.

And all honesty if you were to look at my life, you would say, i've not had a happy life

But all of our experiences and all of the people in our lives, good and bad form, who you are.

I am blessed . Beyond measure.

My friends my therapist ,psychiatrist and my pastor , look at me, I say I am a miracle.

By all means, I should be under a bridge with a needle in my arm, whoring it out for the next high.

But somehow i'm not.

Somehow I managed to graduate high school college and my master's program and succeed.

I do not fail in my career. I chose to leave my career because I did not believe it was beneficial for my mental health.

I raised a successful daughter. Who is exactly like me good and bad. As much as she hates to admit it. And she is the most wonderful mother.

She's a better mother than I ever was. That is true success. Thank you. The universe God, thank you. !

I've got to travel some, and i've enjoyed it. I wish i had traveled more.I spent way too much money on rock concerts.

The only regret I have. I said I didn't go to Paris, Africa and I didn't take my daughter to Disney. ( she took herself and her daughter several times)

But nothing else I regret.

All the good experiences and the bad experiences. All the good people, and all the bad people. That i've met. Somehow all that gave me the biggest heart.

I simply love everyone until they give me reason not to.

I'm good to everyone until they give me reason not to.

And when they're not good to me, I simply walk away and don't look back.

And if people are rude, maean, or cruel i simply block them or ban them.

I will not put up with that at all.

I believe in being kind.

And people say, being kind, it's easy, I don't think it is.

When you are kind, you have to control your tounge and control your fingers behind the keyboard.

You have to think of what you're saying in the moment of conflict when tempers flare

This requires self control. And a lot of people simply do not seem to have that.

If going through all the bad shite in my life gave me this heart. I am so grateful for it.

I truly am, and I would go through it again to have this heart.

If I ever find the right guy, he's gonna get love so. Deeply, and so dearly it may overwhelm him.

Me happy, fat, fabulous and almost 60.

Not to bad if I say so myself
