The silence that stretched over the entryway was absolute, broken only by the steady, heavy sound of Sarah’s breathing from the floor. Mark stood entirely frozen in the doorway, his briefcases clutched weakly in his hand, his eyes darting frantically from his wife’s kneeling form up to the uncoiled leather belt resting in my grip.

"Step inside, Mark. Shut the door behind you," I commanded, my voice flat, low, and completely devoid of room for negotiation.

"Look at your husband, Sarah," I commanded, giving the tail of the belt a firm, downward tug.

Her glassy, dark eyes shifted smoothly up to meet Mark’s pale, terrified face.

"Tell him who you belong to," I said.

"I belong to Master, Mark," her voice came out smooth, steady, and entirely devoid of hesitation, the title carrying a heavy, musical resonance in the quiet room. "Every part of me. I spent the last forty-eight hours sitting with his commands, and I've never been happier. Don't fight him."

The words hit Mark like a physical shock wave. His mouth opened slightly, his breath catching in his throat. The raw, explicit confirmation of her total thralldom didn't break him with anger—instead, a profound, heavy silence settled over his chest. He stared at the leather buckled around his wife's neck, then at the flushed, oiled warmth of her bare thighs, and finally up at me.

The psychological burden of trying to be the alpha, the provider, and the protector for a woman who always managed him had just been entirely lifted from his shoulders. The sheer taboo of the visual—seeing his brilliant, powerful wife reduced to a perfectly trained subject at my feet—bypass his ego and struck a deep, dormant nerve of intense, submissive curiosity.

His chest heaved as a heavy, involuntary shiver ran down his spine. The panic in his eyes was rapidly melting away, replaced by a wide, glassy stare of pure, unlocked fascination. He was hooked, his vanilla exterior cracking wide open to reveal the grateful spectator beneath.
