Window Shopping on AFF
I’m not Gold so basically have no way to contact those that only frequent the dating side of this site. Some of what I’ve read here on the blogs, makes me wonder about the abilities of even Gold members to contact others, but that is a bit beyond the scope of this post.
Even though I cannot contact members, every morning when I first log-in I do glance at the brief bits of profiles that I am allowed to see. Some of them are quite intriguing!
Case #1 – 63F, married, nearby small town - “I’m looking for ONE man who is married and not looking to change his home life or mine.” The AFF algorithms did a good job targeting me to see this one for sure. 😁
Case #2 – 55F, a close-by big city - “Mature and non smoker. I have a variety of interests, including breast play and ANR. If you don't know what ANR is look it up!” Oooohhhh, I know!! Another direct hit by the AFF algorithms!
Case #3, a puzzling case – 59M/56F, married, not TOO distant medium sized town - “Bi couple not looking for bi men” I’m a bit confused. What ARE they looking for then? As I’ve long said, don’t tell me what you DON’T want.
Case #4, the OMG profile of the week – 73F, nearby decent sized town. “Do not ask me a sick question like do I have sex with...( well GOOD chance if I wrote here what she wrote this post would get banned – so let’s just say ‘man’s best friend’ ). Any one that would even think that is sick and demented!” I agree with her but DAYUM really? Someone would ask that?
Do you think if I went Gold the first two ladies (fellow married cheater & ANR) would really be nearby and contactable?
Do you pay any attention at all to the dating side?
If so, what did the most outrageous profile lead you’ve seen of late say?
Which did the most puzzling one say?

I read all my emails, some days there are none, other days, there are TONS. I have issues with the ones that are totally misspelled. lol These are ignored.

But yeah, I get it. I'm a horrible speller, thank goodness for spell check.
Hahaha I am! Well, not a teacher, but I work at a school. I mean, if there are a few mistakes, that's one thing. But if I can't even figure out what they're trying to say, forget it!

But then again by doing that you missed this one - from VERY nearby to you: "You don't need to be bi, but must be OK with both wife and hubby sucking your cock." Simple enough, but then it goes on to say "Only seeking bi men". Ummmm... 🤔
Are these showing up in your "viewed me" section? Or the "members near me"?
These all came from the "on-line now" or "new members near you" section of the main page. MOSTLY what I question is the accuracy of their locations.
@CleavageFan4U Considering your location isn't accurate, I wouldn't worry about it. Keep in mind that the site measures distance in crow flying lines.
@superbjversion2 My location is not all THAT far off, though funny I was just thinking about changing it yesterday. Humm, wonder if it was just as you were writing this? 😲
Way back when, I was chatting in the upper Midwest chat room with a guy whose handle was something like Lablover. I didn’t think much about it but then one of my friends messaged me on the side to warn me that he was interested in finding a lady friend who would engage (in THAT way) with said lab. Eeeew.
😮 My initial thought would have been it was short for labia, but apparently not.
@CleavageFan4U upon further thought I think the handle was labowner - because I recollect my first thought being that he ran a laboratory - hahaha.

It amazes me sometimes what I read on profiles as they can be rather confusing like you said. I would reach out to them and ask them exactly what you said here. That should get them thinking I am sure.
