Testicular enlargement surgery, also called testicular enhancement or scrotal enhancement, is a cosmetic procedure to increase the size of one or both testicles using implants. It is often sought for testicular atrophy (shrinkage due to aging, hormone imbalance, or testosterone abuse), after cancer surgery, or to correct asymmetry. But according to the article, more and more men are having it solely to attain a fuller looking scrotum.
I’d never heard of this before. I was aware of a BDSM practice filling the scrotum with saline. The goal there is rather clear, to invoke a painful pleasure situation. But the practice of getting implants seems to be purely for the visual impact it provides.
This lead me to have several questions:
Ladies – When you see a man at the gym, pool, or wherever, do you asses the size the bugle he is presenting?
Gents – Would you be willing to undergo surgery if it meant presenting a more full appearance?
