Cucumbers, or Doing Your Own Thing, for HNW
No cucumbers were harmed (or made more flavorful) in the production of this post! As my regular readers know, I foolishly retired 5 years ago, thus basically ending my ability to travel for fun times. Since then my reasonably local friend S has been a great asset. I’ve known her since 2016. We’ve had our ups and downs but of late she’s been my go-to/to-do lady. 😂
Likely as the result of all the collaboration on the shots for the lettered HNW themes this year, she didn’t balk when I told her I wanted YET ANOTHER shot of us together. But when the time came it was my turn to toss up a last minute wrinkle. I recalled Smarty’s remark last week about my lack of compliance with the H in HNW and lamented that since it was summer I hadn’t worn any underwear.
S provided an easy solution, thereby proving once again what a great resource she is. And I think the color looks pretty good on me actually!
