Belts on HNW
The first shot here is NOT my contribution for this week. But it is here for a reason – two of them actually.
Number one: It pushes my main shot out of the basic blog register; and
Number two: Well, you’ll learn about that in a few days. 😠My HNW image this week is not a belt EXACTLY, more like a corset actually. 😂 But there is a good (and non-kinky) reason I’m wearing it.
Perhaps needless to say upon getting home after 2 weeks away a while back, the yard was a complete disaster. AND I was late getting the annuals, and the veggie garden, installed. Five plus days straight of labor later it all was done, but by the end I was nearly paralyzed, and ended up using a cane and a walker briefly. I slowly recovered but surely this was a sign of age!
I mentioned this to a buddy of mine and he suggested I get a back brace and that it might actually be available from my health insurance’s retail pharmacy. Sure enough it was. I’ve worn it a few times now and it really does help. But it is kind of warm to wear and does give me a severe muffin top when I really cinch it down.

I had to use a back brace and it was called a champion belt by disparaging family members 😂
Perhaps I need to get a big ole stone to adorn it. 😀
I wouldn’t have thought you even have enough “muffin†to create that look! It must be cinched really tight. Glad it’s helping though.

Actually, it's pretty much the opposite, it prevents pain.
